What is the turnaround time for service requests?

Response to submissions within 24-48 hours. Average project turn around time is 2-5 business days, same day turn around for standard projects like business cards, brochures etc.. Turn around time is dependant on the scope and the complexity of the project. We strive to deliver high-quality work promptly and will communicate timelines clearly for each request. Typical tasks like social media posts or minor design updates may have quicker turnarounds, while larger projects like video production or website design will have more extended timelines.

Define '1 Day' - How does it work?

At Pixel Play, 1 Day or 1 Credit is defined as follows:

Duration: 8 working hours during business days (Monday to Friday).
Business Hours: Specifically, between 9 AM to 5 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Weekend Work: While the team may work on urgent projects or the occasional video production shoots during weekends, communication remains limited to the defined business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM AEST). Any weekend work requested by the client must be communicated and approved by your project manager - your project manager will estimate the # of credits needed.
On-Site Request: On-site consultation / video production days must be requested 1-2 weeks in advance.  Shorter the notifying period, the less chance of on-site jobs being approved.  All on-site job request is equal to a full day - 6 hour max on-site (editing times & revisions not included)

Can I change my service plan or cancel at any time?

No refunds or changes of mind are permitted once these packages have been purchased. Clients can choose discontinue with the services after the credits have been used. Any remaining credits within these packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stipulated time frame.

Our monthly plan allows clients to cancel or pause at any time following each month. Written notification is required for pause and cancellations, with a notice period of 5 business days before the end of the month. The plan will auto-renew at the end of each month via direct debit

Annual Package: A 20% cancellation fee applies before work commencing. An exit fee of 50% will apply to the remaining balance if work has commenced.
